This is a superb pepper! The coarser grind makes all the difference when it comes to finishing your salads or pastas, on top of being a super flavorful Tellicherry black pepper to begin with. I also had great results when seasoning the proteins (both meats and seafood) with Corso!

I love Corso Pepper. The way you cut it makes the taste prominent but not harsh or overwhelming. We're enjoying it on creamy spreads, casseroles and a variety of salads.

We found CORSO pepper impressive in taste, texture and its unique appearance as a both a hot and cold recipe ingredient. Not for the faint of heart, the coarse pepper adds a more intense flavor. It took butternut squash, rotelli pasta and sweet & sour beets to the next level.

Interesting pepper. The coarseness and size of the pepper seeds., allow a whole different taste than you get with ground pepper. We tried it on salmon and steak along with some on the salad and it was a hit. So glad we were introduced to it by our favorite chef.
