 When I was a kid, my favorite part of going out to eat wasn’t the meal itself — it was the pepper. At this little restaurant I loved, when you ordered a salad they didn’t offer you fresh ground pepper, instead they’d bring out freshly cracked coarse black pepper, bold, fragrant, and full of character. That flavor stuck with me. It wasn’t just seasoning; it was an experience.

 As the years went by, every time someone came around with a grinder, it never quite measured up. The flavor wasn’t as deep, the aroma wasn’t as alive, and the coarseness, that satisfying texture  was missing.

That’s why we created Corso: to bring back that unforgettable flavor and feeling and the memory.  Every jar of Corso is crafted with care — coarse-cracked, and bursting with the same bold, nostalgic taste that started it all.
